Sandra brings over 20 years of experience in the dental field, combining clinical expertise with strong administrative leadership. As our dedicated office manager and OSHA coordinator, she ensures our practice runs smoothly and efficiently. Sandra is highly skilled in patient care coordination, treatment planning, insurance processing and staff training. Fluent in both English and Spanish, she also serves as an interpreter, helping to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all our patients. Sandra is currently pursuing an associate’s degree in business administration and is a proud member of the Phi Theta Kappa National Honor Society. Her professionalism, attention to detail and warm personality make her an invaluable part of our team.

Como nuestra dedicada Gerente de Oficina y Coordinadora de OSHA, se asegura de que nuestra práctica funcione de manera eficiente y organizada. Sandra tiene amplias habilidades en la coordinación del cuidado del paciente, plantificación de tratamientos, procesamiento de seguros y coordinación del personal. Es bilingüe en inglés y español, y también se desempeña como intérprete, ayudando a crear un ambiente acogedor e inclusivo para todos nuestros pacientas. Terri has been a dedicated member of the Greensboro Perio team since 2021, bringing with her nearly 28 years of experience in periodontics and over 10 years in oral surgery. Throughout her career, she has maintained her CPR certification and holds credentials in coronal polishing, radiology and medical emergency training. Although she now serves as a treatment coordinator, her passion for patient care still shines through as she continues to assist in the clinical area when needed.
Terri is a proud mother of two adult children and a loving grandmother to a precious baby boy. Outside of work, she enjoys spending summers by the pool, trips to the beach, live music, dancing and quality time with friends and family.
Amanda has been a valued member of the Greensboro Perio family since 2007, with a two-year break to support her husband in his business. Her warm personality and ability to communicate fluently in Spanish makes her a vital part of our team. As the hygiene coordinator, Amanda brings a strong background in customer service, computer skills, phone etiquette and interpersonal communication. Her attention to detail and professionalism helps keep our hygiene schedule running smoothly and our patients well cared for.
Amanda is married to her amazing husband, Luis, and they have two children. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, her dogs and her church community.

Brittany joined the practice in November 2024. She began her career in the dental field in 2019 as a dental assistant in Georgia. After relocating to North Carolina in the summer of 2024, she continued to grow in the field and transitioned into the role of insurance coordinator that same year.
In addition to handling insurance, Brittany manages patient accounts and serves as our new patient coordinator. She is highly knowledgeable regarding all aspects of dental insurance, and whether she’s on the phone or greeting patients in person, her warm and pleasant personality always shines through — you can truly hear her smiling.
Outside of work, Brittany enjoys spending time with her husband, Luis, and their four dogs. You can often find her curled up with a good book or heading out on a spontaneous road trip.
Ying has worked full-time as a hygienist with the Greensboro Perio family since 2006, after graduating from the dental hygiene program at Guilford Technical Community College. Prior to moving to the United States, Ying practiced as a dentist in China, bringing with her a strong foundation and passion for dentistry. She is extremely valuable to our practice due to her extensive dental knowledge, fluency in Chinese and the compassionate care she provides to every patient. Ying is licensed to administer local anesthesia and maintains all of her professional certifications. She continuously stays up to date with the latest in dental care and patient safety.
Ying and her husband, John, have one adult son, Andrew. Outside of the office, she enjoys traveling, gardening and cooking traditional Chinese cuisine.
Sarah has been with Greensboro Perio since 2012. She received her health science degree in dental hygiene from Guilford Technical Community College. Sarah is dedicated to staying current in her field – she maintains her North Carolina dental hygiene license, is certified in CPR and is licensed to administer local anesthesia.
She is married to her amazing husband, Justin, and together they have a beautiful daughter and son. Outside of the office, Sarah enjoys spending time with her family, including their two beloved fur babies.
Vickie has been with Greensboro Perio since 2020. However, she has been practicing dental hygiene since 2006. Vickie has a very cheerful and friendly personality and makes her patients feel comfortable at her appointments. Outside of the office, she enjoys reading, cooking and traveling.
Mayra has been with Greensboro Perio since 2019 as a dental assistant. She graduated from the Guilford Technical Community College dental assisting program and brings a warm, caring presence to the practice. Mayra is passionate about helping patients feel comfortable and cared for, and she values being part of such a supportive and dedicated team. She maintains all of her certifications, including CPR, nitrous oxide monitoring, coronal polishing, radiology, and medical emergency preparedness. Her commitment to providing excellent care and contributing to a positive patient experience is evident in everything she does.
Mayra is married and has one son and one daughter. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her large family, who are her greatest joy and support system.

Jordan has been with Greensboro Perio since the beginning of 2021. A graduate of GTCC’s dental assisting program, she first joined our team as a student during her clinical rotation and quickly fell in love with periodontics. She brings an energetic and positive personality to the office and has a true passion for helping patients feel comfortable and cared for. Jordan is CPR-certified and holds certifications in coronal polishing, nitrous oxide monitoring, radiology and medical emergency preparedness. She is highly organized, methodical and detail-oriented in her work. Her commitment to clinical excellence and patient care makes her a valued part of our team.
In her free time Jordan loves to read and spend time with her nieces.
Tonya started with the Greensboro Perio family in 2017 as a dental assistant. However, she has been a dental assistant since 2007. She is nitrous oxide certified, radiology certified, trained in coronal polishing and has medical emergency preparedness certification. Tonya loves helping people better understand the importance of their dental health by using her skills, knowledge and training to ensure they feel informed, comfortable and confident in their care.
Tonya is a mother to an amazing daughter and spoiled cat named Sugar. Together, they love spending time outside and going to the beach.
